Since commencing in the construction industry as a teenager Steve has worked to gain runs on the board in a wide variety of projects with many project partners as well as undertaking a range of construction-related training and induction programs.
Prior to establishing his own company, Steve worked for MNI Steel Fixing based in SA and working all over Australia. Commencing as a trainee, he worked his way up to site supervisor/leading hand running many job sites. Steve’s duties included managing and supervising staff, reading and interpreting plans, coordinating with other trades on and off-site, scheduling steel and receiving deliveries, and ensuring staff worked safely and efficiently.
